Research and Development enterprise (R&D
enterprise) “Azimuth” was established in 2002 with the purpose of
development and manufacture of inclinometric navigation measurement
systems and related service equipment for the survey of exploratory
and operational oil and gas wells.
More than 200 leading experts in the field of
accurate device manufacture, gyroscopy, electronics, programming,
project design and device manufacture work at R&D enterprise
“Azimuth”.
R&D enterprise “Azimuth” successfully implements the latest
achievements in the sphere of development and design of
high-accuracy small-size gimballess navigation systems with the help
of which the enterprise has designed and manufactured a line of
gyroscopic and magnetometric inclinometric systems. The products of
the enterprise are manufactured, using a line of especially-
designed small-size inertial angular rate gyroscopes and angular
acceleration meters. The distinctive feature of the gyroscopes are
their advanced technical properties that satisfy specific
application conditions, the latter achieved owing to the
implementation of progressive technical solutions, new computing
algorithms and a modern computer database.
R&D enterprise “Azimuth” presents the following:

Renders services.
R&D enterprise “Azimuth” uses the research and
manufacture potential of the leading Ukrainian device manufacture
enterprises, namely the State Joint-Stock Holding Company “Artem”,
State Enterprise “Plant Arsenal”, Plant “Radioizmeritel”, Plant “Burevestnik”,
Kiev, Television Engineering Plant “Electron”, Lvov, Research and
Development Complex “Iskra”, Zaporozhye.
The products manufactured by R&D enterprise
“Azimuth” are licensed and the original design solutions are
protected by a patent.
